Services for Children -
Individualized Health Care
Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy services are prescribed by a physician and include gross motor training, gait training (walking), and strength training. Services are intended to result in a lasting increase or improvement in an individual’s ability to perform tasks of daily living.
Occupational Therapy
Services are prescribed by a physician and include fine motor training, activities of daily living, eating/feeding issues, and sensory motor training.
Speech Therapy
Speech Therapy services are prescribed by a physician and focus on receptive and expressive speech training in order to allow individuals to enhance and improve their communication skills and abilities.
Health Services
An array of individualized and highly specialized services designed to enhance or maintain the individual’s health in their own home. This includes skilled nursing assessment and evaluation.
