Each Health Plan may have different policies or procedures about costs that beneficiaries may have to pay.

No referral from Primary Care Physician needed for in or out of network mental health treatment. · All “DD” services are through CMH. · Health Plan of Michigan enrollees can receive treatment for substance abuse through their local Community Mental Health services program at no cost. |
