Quality Management
KCMHSAS is committed to providing high quality services throughout the network of providers. The Quality Management Unit (QMU) ensures that provider network is aware of the requirements for effective and efficient services and the need to carry out services to the satisfaction of consumer. Quality Management activities are specifically dictated by the federal government through the Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH) and/or by CARF, the accrediting body that accredits KCMHSAS. The Quality Management Unit conducts annual quality review of both internal and external providers in order to ensure quality and promote positive consumer outcomes.
