Wraparound is a strength-based planning process that follows a series of steps to help youth and their families realize their hopes and dreams. Wraparound brings people together from different parts of the whole family’s life and is a team-based activity that helps groups of people work together toward a common goal. Wraparound is organized and delivered by someone who is trained to facilitate the team. The team creates a plan that includes ways to assure the youth and their family can experience success in their communities, homes and schools.

How do I receive services? The first step to receiving services is to contact our Access Center. The staff at the Access Center will do an initial screening to determine what services you qualify for and connect you to those services.

Cost for services Fees are based upon your ability to pay or your health insurance coverage. While no one is denied services based on their financial situation, there may be a waiting list in place to receive non-Medicaid covered services.
